Nikita, Nap, and Kwabs grew up in the world of competitive sports, where community was everything. But as life moved on, they saw how easy it was to lose that sense of connection. So, they created 6+1 The Movers a space where fitness is fun, collaborative , and no one feels like they don’t belong.
From the moment you see them together, their connection is undeniable. Together, they’ve built a vibrant, diverse family that elevates, and grows as one.What started as an idea is now a movement.

Nikita
A quiet leader, her presence is felt the moment she walks into a room calm, confident, and inspiring. She brings people together effortlessly, creating a space where everyone, especially the women in the community, feel seen and empowered. She’s the calming balance between Nap and Kwabs’ intensity, keeping them grounded and focused. She's the real MVP.
Kwabs
A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, he’s always thinking ahead, pushing boundaries, and finding new ways of operating. His energy is infectious you can’t be around him and not want to do more. He leads by example, taking risks and showing through his actions what’s possible. He lives and breathes fitness, embodying discipline and drive. He pushes himself just as hard as his peers.
NAP
A relentless competitor, he trains every single day, pushing his limits and inspiring everyone around him to do the same. Shaped by his boxing background, he thrives in the hard moments the early mornings, the late nights. He doesn’t just talk about discipline and grit, he lives it. He leads by example with an unmatched work ethic and an energy that pushes everyone to level up.
