Refund policy

At 6+1 Run Club, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how you can return or exchange your items:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.

• Conditions for Return: Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customised or personalised products (e.g., gear with your name or club-specific designs) and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or you may opt for store credit if preferred.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 6plus1themovers@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number.
